Hello Hello, Okinawa new comers!

We are entering November and 2022 is only left with 2 more months. How was your past year of 2022??

For Sunnys housing 2022 was a busy year thankfully. We had a lot of TLA / TDY and OHA customers that were looking for short/ long term rentals along the west coast of Okinawa. 

We`ve had a high customer service satisfaction due to all of our units being fully furnished with appliances installed. You can use the furnitures until your house-hold goods arrive. We can be flexible if you want the furnitures taken out.

Thanks to our great customers, over the 150 units we manage, we are only left with 1 more unit available. If you are looking for an apartment in the Araha Beach area we have just the right place. A 3bed 2bath 1300sqft Beach front unit is open for move-in so just give us a call because the unit will be a first come first serve situation.

The picture is one of our fully furnished unit. We have american couches and dinng tables to make sure you feel that American vibe and less home sick.
